CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
For over twenty five years Michael Carroll has been creating brand new works in the style of the 8th century Irish monks. His intricate pages, rendered by hand on parchment with brush and goose quill pen, have been likened to “lost pages from the Book of Kells.”
Seeking to pass on the heritage and secrets of the art, he is now offering a series of Celtic Art classes, lectures and workshops. Workshops run 1-2 hours, and can be customized to suit audiences of any age for libraries, colleges, schools, museums, artists’ groups, educational organizations and cultural festivals.
